This year I chose Eco Carpet Pro to come and work their magic in my rented apartment I share with 2 young house cats who lose lots of hair daily as evidenced by frequent vacuuming! Their little paws managed to carry dust and cat litter wherever they roam. I had used Eco Carpet last year and was extremely happy with the job done by Chris. Chris was available on the day I needed! He came on time and prepared for the job! Chris was meticulous in his service. As he worked, he shared considerable information with me about carpeting. I was surprised how much he learned at Eco and how his training reflected the work he performed. I will continue to turn to Eco Carpet Pro as they provide a service very well done! ~ Gerri J
The men from EcoCarpet Pro did an FANTASTIC job! Willie Bell & Chris cleaned my new home's carpets & Will cleaned my old home's carpets. Each time I was provided an opportunity to walk-through and point out all the stains needing attention. During this time, the men took time to educate me on the cleaning process, each time. In the new house, there were stains in all 4 bedrooms from the previous owners & the men effectively removed or lighted most if not all stains! If there was any residue left, I had complete undewonderfullystanding due to how the previous homeowners were poor housekeepers. In the old house, Willie Bell removed or extremely lightened all stains in my 2 bedrooms/hallways. He efficiently & effectively made my carpets look great. ~ Erycka T
I would recommend Eco Carpet Pro for the following reasons: -Timely. They answered and scheduled my carpet cleaning quickly and efficiently and Robert Davis who was our Technician had a time frame from 9-11 to be at my home and was there 10 minutes before 9 to start setting things up so he would be ready to start cleaning carpets at 9. - Great Customer Service. I had questions about the products they used and some different spots in my house. Robert never seemed like he was rushing me and was happy to answer the questions. - Organic Product. I originally chose this company because their non-toxic products they use but have had an overall pleasant experience that I would definitely use them again. ~ Colby M
